Went all over the place..

Well! to start off i feel flat out bored, and i might just call up anyone just to hang out do nothing the whole day. SO! To all those i know, beware~ You might just see my name flash out on your phone screen anyime, hehe...

Ok, went back to Melaka last weekend to visit my cousinz, mom side ^^ Nothin much, ate vegetarian and catch up wif my 3 cousinz: Nurrizq (ALAMAK! no pic on you! sorry, hehe..),
Izzah and Najihah (this shot was tough! had to take when she didn't notice.. is she did, she would hide her face by burrying it in her arms)
See what i mean? haha..
(If you're reading this and i misspelled your names, sry ya? never really bothered with the spelling XD) Then, there's their mom, my auntie: Auntie Lina.. (this pose reminds me of a certain sumone at AIMST university, hehe...)
Last and not least, my uncle and my mom ^^
alot of people who saw my uncle's pic on my phone tot he's my grandpa! OMG !! haha, well, de does kinda look older than my mom.. (ok truth be told, WAAAAAY older) There was once my mom's classmates looked at my uncle and thought that was her DAD.. ROFL~ its true! not making this up, mom told me herself.. XD

Other than my trip back to Melaka, i also ringed up a few friends about meeting up. AND so happens, my old friend Jonathan was on a 2 week break from uni.. so i thought, y not? MY GOSH! Look so diff wei frm last time if i do say so myself! If only i haf another pic of you frm school days. Will find it and upload to compare, hehe.
Met up at his place at around 9am in the morning (dats how despo i was to hangout wif friends..) and planned to play from sun up till sun down.. 1st off, played MAGIC: the gathering card game. Long time no play, lost alot of cards, and super rusty already.. Interesting? Anyone wanna learn/start can ask me to teach XD
After a few games (which took about 2-3 hours!!) we continued to the x-box 360 where we played resident evil 5 at 1st.. Then we kept on dieing and gave up, haha (actually its like I keep on dieing.. Jon was doin alrite) Pitying me we switched to Gears of War 2. Nice game. Incidently this was the game i couln't finish the last time i dropped by Jon's house long time ago. That was part 1. Part 2 was nice, with a countinuation of the story line from the 1st part. COOLness~
Then played ping pong, still ok lar, much better than my school days ya Jon? haha..
Lazy to type anymore, hehe.. RaNdOm PiCs TIME!
This was taken while waiting for my mom outside since there was no carpark space.. Wierd for a motorbike to have a roof eh? looks like the market for motorbikes is goin for innovation in design nowadays..
Hey, ther's a kid in everyone right? (i admit i'm too big to even SIT in the toy plane u see me on XD i was sitting sideways) i quote from a friend's msn (familiar Li Ann?)
Growing OLD is inevitable..
Growing UP if optional!
haha
Till then, piece all~

Randomness...

What am i going to talk abt this time? Hmm.. Well, lets start with something that most of us take for granted, our mom and dad. Just sit down and think about it for a minute. Most of us are fortunate enough to have a mom to know the warmth of loving care and a tight hug.. Most of us are lucky to have a dad coming home after work, taking time to entertain and teach us how to survive out there in the big world.. We are lucky, there's no simpler statement than that. There are many who have parents that couldn't care less about their children, and there are parents who try their best to understand their children, only to be rebuffed and avoided by them. Think about it!

DADs..
(My def) A man in our life that we look up to in times of need and show you the way to stand on your own 2 feet in the big world..
Well, this is true in most cases don' you think so? A father gives support, strength and courage we need when trying something new. Notice that he is always there to help if ever anything goes wrong. He'll try to give us what we want whenever possible, and yet when he says "no", we only assume that he does not love us. Did it occur that there's always a sensible reason behind his actions? Yes, dads are sensible people, and most of the time, its hard to fight against his logic and his know-it-all attitude. In short, sometimes its difficult for a dad to express his love to us.. BUT he is there for you~ and you know it..

MOMs...
(My def) A woman in our life where our life begins and revolves around, who gives you a hug whenever u need one and the special person who holds your hand and guides you along the way.
The special person that gives warmth and consolation in everyway without asking for anything in return, only to remember her when we grow up. When the whole world is out to get you or difficult times arises, ther's only one person that will stand by yourside without question... And so, moms are very different from dads, whereby mom will shower you with love non-stop around the clock no matter who we become in the future. They love so much as early as we can remember until the point where we take that love for granted. Treasure your mom, and don't do anything stupid that will make you regret endlessly as you were too late to ask for forgiveness later on. Spend time wif mom, for without them, we wouldn't be the person we are now..

Well, did whatever i typed out made any sense? Mom and dad will ALWAYS be mom and dad, regardless of what they say or do. Its true! Dad has his own qualities, and Mom has her own qualities. Its up to us to pick up the good qualities that our parents try to pass on to us.

Dad can be a pain sometimes. I know he will be there for me whenever i need him, but even that depends on the situation at the time.. You see, he is VERY conscious about the people around him, and tries to appeal to everyone's better nature, especially if he knows the person. His policy is not to lose your "cool" with tiny matters. When someone does something wrong for exp, he wouldn't blame the person entirely. He "claims" that it would be "unproductive" to scold the person further. So INSTEAD! You should think about what can be done to amend the mistake instead.. Kinda true, but i would start screaming my head off and list down all the mistakes the person has done (a way to vent my frustration i guess XD) Oh well, looks like i have a few things that i can pick up from my dad, hehe..

BUT! In his efforts to be "popular" with other people, he tends to forget that i'm right there beside him in the 1st place.. He doesn't prioritise properly and is pretty lousy when it comes to planning
. Mind you, this covers everything, from settling the bills up to picking up my bro frm school (there was once where he was almost 30 minutes late when he lost track of time while playing golf!) Though as a dad, he has his own good points.. From being able to see the bright side in kinda bad situations, right to the fact that he's able to find the funny side of anything that happens around him.. Sometimes this can be very annoying, but hey, he wouldn't be dad if he isn't so right? (most of the time, he thinks of golf.. not really my game but hey, i can hit the ball too ya noe? XD)

AND there's mom.. Mom thinks of the best at all times for the household. Anything major bought is basically for the family. Even at work, i can call her at any time and she'll be there. She gives me sensible advice and gives comments when she feels that something can be improved. At times mom can abit impulsive and panics easily (especially if we get lost while driving or she misplaced something). Thankfully, she CAN be reasoned with regardless of situation (though you have to research up your facts before you start debating ^^) maybe the reason i get along with mom so well is that we have so much in common yea? *winks*

Reflecting on yourself is important i guess...

BUT!?!

Before you do that, take around you and see those that cherish you and see if that is necessary? For they love you for the way you are and not what you will or have achieved. AND, if they do ask you to change..

Happy Bday shoutout!

HAPPY BDAY LILY / XIAO NI ^^ Do forgive the lousy art XD but don't really have any pics of you, so its more of a cut and paste job XD Now you are 19 yea? *scratches head* Its been like over a year since i 1st met you at the halls of AIMST university, Sungai Petani. At 1st you seem likeable enough. It was later that i knew that you were a sweet friend that is able to view things optimisticly even when times are bad. Yea, dats true ya? and dun say that i'm more cheerful When i found out you had a blog, i just had to link it to mind, more friends to keep track with! AND what better way to start knowing a person then by reading his/her blog? There are many things that i have come to notice by reading your self proclaimed "bimbotic" posts.. Its that they have some truth in it no matter what the angle ur looking at.

And so, this is shout out is dedicated to Lily, look forward to living the next year and turn 20! Its 21 that ur legally and adult, so... be patient ya? Oh yea, from ur last post it seems you are trying to take your driving license? GOOD LUCK YA! make sure you PASS the "undang-undang" yea?

The last time i saw so many AIMST students after foundation ended, and also the last time saw this bday gurl at Cindy's house.. ONCE AGAIN, HAPPY BURFDAY LILY! Many happy returns!

Keep in touch peeps, piece~

PC fair from 10 - 12 of April 2009!

Yea! This post is solely devoted to my visit to the PICOM pc fair at the KLCC convention centre today! As my dad drove towards KL, i could see my destination glaring at me from the distance, over the horizon it stood tall... the Petronas Twin towers.. Don't really know where the KLCC convention centre really is, and so, i assume it MUST be somewhere around KLCC suria, ya? Supposedly, the plan was to meet up wif a few friends to shop around for com gadgets (mouse, extension, etc..) and check out the new and latest hardware for both laptops and desktops~ SO, before meeting up with my few friends, my dad and me small bro tagged along to see whats the big fuss of this Pikom PC fair..
On arrival, i had to start whipping out my fon to start getting a few pics for my beloved blog~ ^^ This is the proof that i once walked below the sign "convention centre", haha.. and so, this post will have pictures Walked up the stairs and after wondering around like some lost people, we followed the crowd towards the same common destination we had and we finally saw the sign.. Funny, no prams allowed.. hey, small kids DO have the right to go around PC conventions you know? That's PROCASTINATION! KIDS! FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS!

OMG~ i tell you, there were so many people its like literally "swimming" in a sea of people.. In order to move, you have to move step-by-step, making it seem like you're part of some wierd dance where u move forward slightly and stop After a round of looking and comparing prices, i noticed it was 2.30pm, and my friends are LATE~ Turns out they were eating at the food court at Suria, and took their time to get to the fair.. Although i did meet Yi cheng out of no where at the 3rd hall before Suurej and Joey turned up. Big coincidence eh? Small world..
AND FINALLY i met up wif the 2 people that were supposed to turn up around 45 minute earlier.. Surrej Darshain Singh, the man behind the wonders and sarcasm..and Joey (Ooi Cheng lee)Notice that his front hair has turned into a hair style that a few of my friends refer to as the "buntut kambing" hairstyle, for reasons that cannot be stated on this blog XD Do ask me in person if u ever want to know the reason behind the naming.. ^^
Well, i had to leave by 4pm and said buaiZ very soon after i met up with them.. Shame, wanted to catch up XD Maybe we can organize another hangout just to REALLY "hangout", walk around and take it easy... NEXT STOP, SUNWAY PIRAMID. Anyone interested? There's ALWAYS and option of going for a movie marathon together, hehe..

WHAT DID I BUY?
Well, since i was rushed through the pc fair by my small bro, i didn't get enough time to actually do some serious shopping T.T well, there's always next time..
BUT~
I did manage to get some minor stuff when i was there..
I got myself a 1800 dpi mouse for RM30.00 REGRETTED this as i should have bought a RAZER mouse T.T
AND i also got myself a simple USB card reader for RM14.00
Simple, yet satisfied.. The trip to the PC fairs this time was ok, but i have to say that i prefer the PC fair at penang more as the place was more "visitor" friendly with even cheaper gadget available for sale there.. HOW CHEAPER u ask? Ok, price comparison..
1. Laptop cooler fan
PENANG: RM12.00
KLCC: RM23.00
2. Laptop keyboard protector
PENANG: RM2.00
KLCC: RM8-10.00
and many more~
Well, dats about it for my post today.. Will be updating frequently or as frequent as time permits ^^ Alot of plans for me ahead, not sure if i'm up to it to actually go through them 1 by 1 XD
Tatas, take care peeps and piece~

Testing.. testing...

hie! Well what do you know? I'm typing this out on my E71 since i' currently out having breakfast wif me dad. Dead bored at the moment since dad is having the newspaper "entertain" him, while i'm waiting for him so we can get home to my precious computer *sob sob* Dat reminds me, i have to pour petrol for the car on the way back.. The tank is running low on the way out this morning XD

SO! Normal day, normal start.. couldn't sleep last night. Tossed and turned until 3am before i could shut my eye. Must have been the fact that my "evening nap" the day before was from 6-8pm. Too long for a nap right? Haha, learned my lesson and won't be doing the same mistake again XD

Since i have nothing to do later, i might just go and check out the movies and see if anything onteresting is out. I noe for a fact that "the fast and the furious" and "wolverine" will be out this month, just dunno when XD BUT there's "shinjuku incident", "bloody valentine" and "the unborn" dat is showing. Anyone up for horror? ^^

Life is amazing dun you think?

I suddenly got the motivation to update my blog after reading some of my regular blogsites that has been updated since my last visites, thnx guyZ for the motivation! haha.. (you know who they are?)

Well, nothing much happened lately.. Just been busy for the pass 3-4 days on rearranging the furniture and throwing a whole lot of junk in the process (gosh, i didn't know i had so much rubbish stashed up in my cupboard!) and as a result, my room and the family hall upstairs has been given a whole new look! Can't wait to see my bro's face when he gets back and sees the changes we made around the house. I'm sure he'll be surprised, since he was away for about more than 2 months now~ haha... Was happy for a moment, then i remembered the MOUNTAIN of rubbish that we deemed to be "useless" and how now a new problem arises.. HOW DO WE GET RID OF THE JUNK? I mean seriously a mountain of it ya? Luckily enough, my dad is at home and he'll be in charge of getting rid of the rubbish XD Sorry ya dad?

Pikom PC fair is around the corner here at KL (i heard from friends that it is this coming weekend) and a bunch of friends are gearing up to meet up on that day.. I would really love to go since the thought of the pc fair just gives me the butterflies.. How can i explain it? Its like what effects shopping have on a majority of gurls.. (not all, i can testify XD) BUT no matter how much i WANT to go, there are a few reasons that i pointed out myself that may "restrict" myself from going..

The REASONS are:-
-SUPER packed public transport!
Hey, remember that i haf to use the train about 2 hours to get to KLCC, and i assure you, it will be more packed than a can of tunca sardin! To top it off, i might just have to stand all the way, and believe me, that isn't very good for your legs XD

-Its the WEEKEND!
All the more reasons the place will be pack to the brim withe people, and i may very well have to "swim" pass a sea of people just to get myself anywhere..

-It is in KL!
Even if i choose to drive, it will be virtually impossible to get a car park and not to mention the jams in and around KL.

AND SO! since i have 3 well versed reasons aon WHY I SHOULD NOT GO TO THE PC FAIR, i am at a loss on whether i SHOULD or SHOULD NOT go... XD Anyone can give me even better reasons to actually go?!? hehe, would be most grateful for any support.

Lately i have been putting on abit of weight, since i have NOT been doing any intense exercise (other than my usualy house chores and minor labour work) I might just consider swimming at least 2-3 times a week in the morning. Hey, did you know? If u exercise in the morning, ur metabolism rate is increased throughout the day. Compared to exercises in the evening, the former will enable your body to burn MUCH more and TADAA~ a more fit and how do you phrase it?... "good looking" body XD

Movies? well, the only movie i haf watched lately (with me mom) was the only movie i decided my mom will not sleep thorugh (which she does if the movie is not interesting enough to her) which was "The confessions of a shopaholic". Not bad really, was really laughing my head off at certain parts. Just because it says "shopaholic" that doesn't mean that the movie is specially for the ladies.. Guys, if you have time, go ahead and take time to watch a simple movie like this once in awhile. It really takes the stress of you just by laughing it off in a simple way~

Oh my, look at the time, its almost 12.30am. In this post, do notice that i have started highlighting and bold-ing words, since i think it really "emphasized" my point.. Agree? Came across this idea as i read other bloggers that were doing the same thing. Will update more frequently nowadays, that i promise! Can't promise about pictures though, i seem to be abit more lazy to update pics nowadays, hehe...

Ja, piece for now~

~APRIL FOOL~

MUAHAHA~ APRIL FOOL!

-

nothing special about it yea? its just another day, and do mind that there's still 3 months more to go before july comes before us.. AND ONLY THEN will i be able to confirm my seating for MBBS at AIMST.. Oh~ how can fate make me suffer so~ haha, getting all melodramatic here XD

SO! Its April and like so many people, many people will "atttempt" to pull pranks on one another under the pertext that is is April fool and expect to get away with such misdoings~

Before one starts pulling off such actions with great pride~ One has to understand the history of April fool.. So! shall we indulge ourselves in some history? (no credit taken, copied from some website XD)

"The history of April Fool's Day or All Fool's Day is uncertain, but the current thinking is that it began around 1582 in France with the reform of the calendar under Charles IX. The Gregorian Calendar was introduced, and New Year's Day was moved from March 25 - April 1 (new year's week) to January 1.Communication traveled slowly in those days and some people were only informed of the change several years later. Still others, who were more rebellious refused to acknowledge the change and continued to celebrate on the last day of the former celebration, April 1. These people were labeled "fools" by the general populace, were subject to ridicule and sent on "fool errands," sent invitations to nonexistent parties and had other practical jokes played upon them. The butts of these pranks became known as a "poisson d'avril" or "April fish" because a young naive fish is easily caught. In addition, one common practice was to hook a paper fish on the back of someone as a joke."

Was that educational? hehe, well, even i didn't read half of what i pasted XD Can't blame me rite? i mean, i'm on a looooooooooooooooooog holiday ya? until i get my confirmation letter, i will be on "holiday" mood XD Plan to just sit back and watch the time pass by.. Did i mention i was getting a laptop?
