Distant view of penang bridge.. So the story was that Eric's uncle was coming down to kedah from penang for some business.. AND he was happy to take us back to penang on the way back! so we jumped on his Honda CRV and off we go!!! Guess what? there where 5 of us, and 4 seats available (driver not included) so? 
Eric's having the front seat all to him self (hey, its his uncle's car right?) Poor dev, he wanted to get into the picture so badly, adn he really did managed to get in.... we squeezed ourselves into the car and braced ourselves for a long and winding journey ( 1hour tops?) ... so, we were 1 hour away from penang and so i tot y not snap some pictures eh? Cheese all ^^
There i am smiling like an idiot wif dev... Ravin just managed to look up as i snapped the phone. Eric's uncle anticipated a jam at the penang bridge at around 2, so we were stuck in a slight jam due to a bottleneck on the road goin on to the penang bridge.. and in the midst of the jam, we managed to get a glimpse of penang! 
For ravin, he's like "WOW! that's penang!!! this is my 1st time!!" hahaha, well, he didn't really said that.. just me over exaggerating. once we reached penang, eric had to do his medical checkup over at the GH (general hospital) so we went around and eric's uncle showed us a few places where we could LEPAK~AND i noticed sumthin about penang traffic.. if u are rushing to get sumwhere, a bicycle or a motorbike will get u faster than a car anytime.. it seems to drive at penang, u nid to haf ALOT of patience.. and when i say alot, i mean ALOOOOOOOT!!! here is why XD
We stopped by at uncle's office, kinda cool seeing all the machinery parts around... We had to wait for him to get sum work done, so we entertained ourselves wif handfon music! Bored to death. If u notice, each of these guys are holding their fons, hehe..
And at night, Eric proposed we go to Gurney plaza...
we went there, ate at sum hawker stalls (bad for me, most non- halal T.T) then we caught a movie at 9.40pm JUMPER~ kinda cool. would haf enjoyed it if the story line was better and my stomach wasn't growling XDThe next day, Ravin, Liang and Dev (turns out) didn't tell their parents that they were leaving the campus (they sneaked out~). and the best part was, their parents were calling the night before to check on them.. They decided to be safe then sorry, and so we got on the next ferry back to Butterworth... The ferry?
its kinda rundown, but hey, its free~ so no complaining XD 
Our distant view of Seberang Perai (issit?) Not so sure, my geog sucks XD Then the next day, sunday, my parents came up to Kedah and dropped a few stuff for me. Went out for lunch~ Discovered a few cheap and affordable hotels that my parents can bunk in the next time they came to visit me.. I also found out about a small picnic river about 20 minutes away from me campus... Mom took a pic, see the river behind me?
So, that's all i can put up for now.. most likely it'll be quite a long time before my next blog, maybe next week... Take care peeps, still feeling the lost of a friend that has been dear to me... Piece out~
yea.. dats a distant view of me cafeteria where i get a quick breakfast before i'm rushing off to class.. not to worry.. if my alarm fails to get me up? i haf another additional 5-6 alarm clocks to do it ^^ yea, i'm talking about me room mates! let me intro yea? ok, starting from the left, 
eric (JB): quiet guy at first but mixes around well.. Ravin & Liang (ipoh) cool dudes.. ravin does whateva he enjoyes and liang is a run away from the neighbouring room as he made friends with us and decided to move in with us, haha.. and there's Dev (kl) the youngest in our room, 16, gud to play chess, dota, cs, footbdall, get the pic? and there's one more, but i dun haf him in the pic.. sry ya ruben?
fortunately 1 of the room is a handicap room so no one's using it, so we don't haf to worry about anyone new moving in in the next sem...
The funny thing is, out of the 3 showers they haf, only 2 is equipped with water heater... ?!? How are we going to use that? (for ur info no one has used it since the 1st week including me: only once: super cool water XD)
We went around on the 1st week of orientation (which almost give me a campus breakdown bcuz of its boredness) and we found out the hall in which we will haf our graduation should we finally become doctors... Check it out~ 
*Sigh* The internet here isn't bad... i finally got the hang of it.
